Syntec products are FDA authorized to be marketed in the United States.  Currently, surgeons may purchase all Syntec products from any authorized Syntec sales representative.  All Syntec products are under warranty for a full year.

Worldwide Distribution
Syntec products are sold throughout the world through a network of distributors who purchase directly from our factory.  Syntec is dedicated to its customers.  We fully support our distributors with factory training and technical advice so that our customers receive the best service possible.  Our distributors have the capability to service Syntec equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.  In addition, our distributors maintain a reasonable amount of disposables, for quick supply re-order.

Development of Syntec's Distributor Network
Syntec is in the process of developing a global distributorship network.  We prefer to deal with distributors that have prior knowledge of the ophthalmic industry and that currently represent medical equipment or instrument companies.  A distributor must be familiar with the ophthalmic industry, purchase demonstration units, stock our vitrectomy systems and disposables, and have the capability to provide local service.

Distributor Benefits include complete technical support, interactive training sessions, distributor maintenance manual, VitView© technical systems support, and direct delivery of disposables from stock.
